For more than twenty years, I have worked exclusively within the UK legal sector, advising leadership teams and private equity investors on the strategic projects that shape successful legal businesses.

My work has long centred on mergers, acquisitions, team moves and partner appointments, completing projects ranging from strategic bolt-on acquisitions to complex transactions. More recently, I have worked increasingly closely with leadership teams on ownership strategy, private equity investment and the long-term development of their businesses.

I have particular expertise in firms operating within the social infrastructure economy, including healthcare, social care, housing, local and central government, education, utilities and transport. Spending my entire career focused on one market has given me a detailed understanding of the firms, the people and the commercial realities that influence long-term success.
