I have been working in the legal market on mergers, acquisitions, practice disposals and team moves since 2005 and lead on all Caddels'projects. Typically my work includes:

M&A/Buy-outs - these range in size/complexity from a simple strategic ‘bolt on’ to lower mid-market deals with values exceeding £100m.

Team moves - completed projects include some of the largest team moves to have happened in the legal sector.

Senior Laterals - I have completed projects accross a range of disciplines and sectors, however, I have particular expertise in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Public Sector and Energy.
