Caddels act for a small group of national, niche and US law firms on mergers, acquisitions and team moves. We have completed some of the largest deals that have happened in the legal market and remain one of the most active search practices in the sector.

We do things differently. Growth strategies using passive methods (advertising, social media, outsourced researchers etc.) are an important part of every firm’s toolbox and most have strong capabilities and numerous companies who can support.
At Caddels we use no passive methods - we analyse the entire market, fully explore all opportunities, open doors, and close deals. All work is led and managed by Sam Winter (founder and principal), who is known in the legal market for consistent delivery of high profile and complex acquisitions.
